This is a flexible hybrid role—you’ll spend time both in the field and in the office, depending on the needs of the team. Some days may call for hands-on support with service calls, while others will focus more on coaching techs, reviewing jobs, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. We’re looking for someone who can wear both hats and step in wherever they’re most needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide technical support, training, and guidance to service and install technicians.
• Support office staff with job follow-ups, quoting, scheduling, and ensuring communication between teams
• Integrate sales strategies across departments to drive profitable results.
• Coach technicians on establishing customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Handle escalated service calls or customer concerns when needed
• Monitor and advise field technicians on performance improvements.
• Manage team schedules to meet ongoing customer demand and seasonal spikes.
• Review and approve invoices, time cards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.
• Serve as a technical backup for field technicians when necessary.
• Help drive team accountability while fostering a positive and supportive work culture.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has 5+ years of HVAC service experience (residential preferred)
• Is a strong communicator with natural leadership ability
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities
• Is passionate about mentoring others and leading by example
• Can balance working hands-on in the field with managing team performance
